I was wondering what your thoughts are on my diet and if you think I will lose weight by eating this way. Now I'm at a healthy weight for my height and age but I'm trying to tone and lose a few pounds so I can feel comfortable. I don't drink pop, only water and hot green tea. I'll give an example of what I had today..obviously I can't add dinner because I haven't had it yet but I will eat the rest of my calories at dinner. I'll probably have something like chicken breast and veggies with another salad..I'm kind of undecided.
Breakfast: 1 cup Special K cereal = 110 calories
Lunch: Turkey wrap = 255 calories
Snacks: 1.5 cup salad no dressing = 32 calories
Greek Yogurt = 150
My diet is something like this everyday..no I don't only eat these things because then I wouldn't be getting the proper nutrients but I never go over my calories and have been exercising.
